Each scalloped rug is made to order. Production usually takes 3 to 5 weeks, depending on size and detailing. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes, you can order a swatch to preview the exact color and feel the texture in your space before choosing a full-sized rug. Samples help you understand the pile, shade, and finish more clearly.

Light shedding is normal with high-quality wool rugs and settles (with regular use and care/ over time). Gentle weekly vacuuming helps maintain the pile.

Yes. The dense tufting and premium fibers maintain their shape well in hallways, living rooms, and entryways with simple, regular care.

Minor variations are normal, especially in handmade woolen rugs. All our scalloped rugs are photographed in natural daylight to show their shades as clearly as possible. Screen brightness, room lighting, and display settings may cause the color to appear slightly different in your space.

No. GoGreen+ is included at no additional cost.

Import duties and tariffs depend entirely on your country’s customs policies. Local authorities usually collect these charges, and they are not included in your rug price.

This depends on the type of order:

  • Ready-made: Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been shipped yet
  • Custom-made: Cancellations are accepted only within the first 24 hours after placing the order, as these rugs are handcrafted specifically for you.

If something goes wrong during delivery (which is very rare), just send us photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or resolve it right away without any complicated steps. If something arrives less than perfect, we’ll handle it immediately. Your satisfaction is our topmost priority.
