When will my order be dispatched?
Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Ready-made rugs ship faster because they’re already woven and waiting for a home. These leave our studio within 2 to 4 business days.
Made-to-Order Rugs:Â Custom rugs, however, take longer to create since they are tailored to your vision and handcrafted from scratch by skilled artisans. They usually ship within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on detailing, density, and size. Quality over speed is our priority.
Is international shipping available?
Of course, comfort knows no boundaries. We deliver globally via reliable international courier, from our studio straight to your home, regardless of your location.
Is there any shipping fee?
We offer free shipping worldwide for every Scalloped Rug, to any location, any city, any address.Â

Which shipping partners do you use?
We work with trusted, well-known carrier partners like DHL, FEDEX, UPS & Aramex based on your region and order weight. Each package is insured, carefully handled, and properly tracked to ensure your rug arrives safely.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Absolutely. You can change it as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s in transit, changes may not be possible, but we’ll always do our best to assist you. Just message or email us, and we’ll update it for you.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
If something goes wrong during delivery (which is very rare), just send us photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or resolve it right away without any complicated steps. If something arrives less than perfect, we’ll handle it immediately. Your satisfaction is our topmost priority.
Will I get tracking details?

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
- Ready-made: Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
- Custom-made: Cancellations are accepted only within the first 24 hours after placing the order, as these rugs are handcrafted specifically for you.
