Once prepared, rugs are securely rolled and packed to maintain their shape during shipping. Dispatch takes within 3 to 5 business days, and tracking details are provided to you once the shipment goes out. Scalloped rugs offer you free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Will the rug color look exactly like it does on my screen?
Minor variations are normal, especially in handmade woolen rugs. All our scalloped rugs are photographed in natural daylight to show their shades as clearly as possible. Screen brightness, room lighting, and display settings may cause the color to appear slightly different in your space.
What if the rug edges are curled when I unroll it?
A bit of curling is normal after shipping. Lay the rug flat and place small weights on the corners for 24 to 48 hours. It will relax and settle naturally.
